Participants will learn how to prepare fresh semolina dough and hand-shape classic cavatelli pasta using simple tools and techniques. \nThe class also includes making a rich and comforting butter Parmesan sauce to pair with the freshly made pasta. To complete the experience\, students will enjoy a live demonstration of tiramisu\, learning about its layers\, ingredients\, and Italian origins. \nThis class is fully interactive and focused on skill-building.
