The 1 hour class is taught and supervised so the student can learn the basic movements of Parkour. As they progress the student can take the fundamental movements and apply them to their individual needs and style gaining strength\, confidence and flexibility including their imagination. \n  \nHOMESCHOOL DROP-IN $20 \nThis homeschool class can only be taken one time. Membership required to continue. \nHOMESCHOOL $50 \nThe class includes 4 sessions for the month. Can be used one time per week.
