A weekday class designed especially for homeschooled children ages 5 – 17 years old.

Join our Macaron Class for a hands-on experience making these delicate French treats! Learn the essential techniques of mixing, piping, and baking macarons from scratch under expert guidance. Explore various flavors and create delicious fillings to complement your macaron shells. By the end of the class, you’ll have a collection of beautifully crafted macarons and the skills to replicate them at home. Dive into the world of macarons and unleash your inner pastry chef!During the class, you will learn our favorite techniques, recipes, tips and tricks for making macarons. Also, each team will make different filling flavors which means learning how to make a ganache and buttercream.

This is a hands-on class, where everyone will participate (in teams of 4) in preparing and piping the macarons.

What does the workshop include?

The workshop includes all the tools, materials, and ingredients required to bake French Macarons and make 3 different fillings.

Who can enroll in this class?

This class is suitable for beginners with very little to no experience.

The minimum age requirement for this class is 5 years old.

Children 5-8 must be accompanied by an adult.
