Fresh Pasta Cooking Class for Homeschoolers

February 4 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

A weekday class designed especially for homeschooled children ages 5 – 17 years old.

In this hands-on homeschool cooking class, students will dive into the art of traditional Italian pasta making. Participants will learn how to prepare fresh semolina dough and hand-shape classic cavatelli pasta using simple tools and techniques.

The class also includes making a rich and comforting butter Parmesan sauce to pair with the freshly made pasta. To complete the experience, students will enjoy a live demonstration of tiramisu, learning about its layers, ingredients, and Italian origins.

This class is fully interactive and focused on skill-building. Students will mix, shape, and cook their own pasta while gaining confidence in the fundamentals of fresh pasta making.
