YEA Homeschool Program- Healing Herbs

Students will explore the world of medicinal plants by learning how to identify common healing herbs native or commonly grown in Florida. They will discover how these plants have been used for centuries to support wellness. Through hands-on activities, they will create simple herbal products such as tinctures, infusions, and salves, while learning about plant parts, life cycles, and the chemistry behind natural remedies.
